Print Making

For art in Term 3 we focused on print making also known as inking.  We did a variety of tasks using finger prints, paper prints and then print card .  The photos below show the print card we used.  We used a pencil to indent into the print card a design.  We then used ink rolled onto an ice cream container lid.  We put the roller over the lid until the roller was evenly coated.  We then rolled the roller over the print card to get an even coating.  We then placed the print card onto the paper and rolled with a clean roller to ensure the print worked clearly.
