Room 5 have been learning a variety of research skills and this has been based on people who have made a change in the world. They were given a guide for their first research project and that was a woman who has made change in the world. Here is the fantastic project that Mia and Mila put together.

Normally we have an Awahono School Halloween Disco but this year due to Covid we had to have a fun Halloween day at school instead and boy oh boy was it some spooky fun!

This year because of being in Level 2 we had to make some changes to our Pet Day, on of those things was they tamariki has video them being interviewed about their pet. Here are some examples that we had:
2021 Colour Fun Run!
We had a fabulous day on Friday doing our annual 'Colour Fun Run' it was so much fun. Lots of laughs, lots of colour and most of all lots of great Awahono school spirit.
