This is Room 5, 2017!

We are a Year 4/5 class of 18 students.  There are nine Year 4 students and nine Year 5 students.  The Year 5 children are doing a great job showing their younger buddies how to operate their new Chromebooks.

  1. Kia ora Room 5,
My name is Tania and I am one of the Manaiakalani Outreach Facilitators, I live in Whangarei which is near the top of the North Island - that's a very long way from where you live! I will be visiting your blog regularly as you are part of our Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu whānau so it's great to see a photo of you all. I can now visualise who I am commenting to. I see you all have your own blogs too - I will have to take some time to check out the learning you are sharing there too. Have fun checking out the other blogs of your Tuhi Mai Tuhi Atu group and leaving lots of quality blog comments.
    Have a great term.

  11. Hello, my name is Evan and I am a student at the South Hornby School. Nice photo. If you want some other tips about Chromebooks like shortcuts just reply to this comment. Was teaching the younger kids hard. Last year when people had problems with their Chromebooks, I went and saved the day. Maybe if you have tips you can reply and tell me them.
